Employed by Chesterton Petty Ltd. (Hong Kong), I designed, managed and implemented a project-wide GIS to track compensation claims and business loss assessments for shops, restaurants and business affected by the construction of the KCRC's Tsim Sha Tsui Extension. Other tasks included the production of project submission plans for both the government and the public, production of offer letters to affected land owners and the global assessment and record keeping of land compensation costs.

A custom tailored solution, built on ARC/INFO GIS, ORACLE RDBMS and ArcView desktop GIS software was designed and programmed, serving land management staff as their primary input and analysis tool.
